For more than 30 years the founder of the Sur-Set product line has been engineering solutions for the implantable medical device industry. He was actively involved in the design and development of the first neurostimulation device to incorporate the canted coil technology. His personal design portfolio spans the implantable product lines (pulse generators, spinal cord and deep brain stimulation systems) including multiple products for current industry leaders as well as his own product lines. He presently holds 60 United States Patents with 70 patents pending.

Throughout his career he has worked diligently with industry peers, subject matter experts, and key physicians in perpetual group efforts to improve existing technologies and inspire future product innovations.
